From $20,000 the exchange goes through an operator rather than the website: the rate is agreed separately and beats the website one, and the cash is brought by a courier.
These are the cities we deliver to. Elsewhere it is a transfer to a card or an account.
A better rate than on the site
On a large amount our share in percent is smaller, and we pass the difference to you. The operator names the exact rate during the call.
A meeting, not a transfer
The courier comes where it suits you. You count the money in front of them and the exchange closes on the spot.
ID at the meeting
The courier checks the ID against the person the exchange is registered to. It protects both sides: the money goes to whoever exchanged it.
An answer within half an hour
The operator calls back within half an hour. The courier sets out once everything is agreed, usually the same day.
