Exchange terms
This is how it actually works.
Order first
Do not send funds without an order: a transfer tied to nothing has to be traced by hand.
The rate
Locked when the order is created and held for 20 minutes. Miss it and the order expires, and the rate is recalculated.
The amount
Send exactly the amount in the order. A different one means manual review.
The network
The network is written next to the address. A transfer over another one is lost and cannot be returned.
When an exchange is paid
When the transfer is visible on the network or in the account. The «I have paid» button is a signal to the operator, not a payment.
Cancellation and refund
Before we receive the transfer you cancel it yourself. After — a refund on request, less the network fee.
Payout details
Yours only. We do not pay third parties.
Reserve
An order above the reserve is not created. The reserve is shown on the site.
Documents
18+ and an ID check. We do not accept documents from North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba or the USA.
