Terms of service

The service is run by Команда Morena — «we» below. You are the person using the service. By using it you accept these terms. Contact: @morena_support.

We exchange crypto for rubles and back, and one crypto asset for another. Exchanges are carried out by an operator by hand. We are not a bank, an exchange venue or a payment agent, and we do not provide custody of other people's funds beyond the separately described savings programme.

Adults who have passed the ID check. Exchanging on behalf of someone else is not allowed: the receiving details must be yours. We do not work with documents from North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba or the USA. We may refuse without giving a reason and return the funds received, less the network fee.

The rate is locked when the order is created and holds for the time shown on its page. After that the order expires and the rate is recalculated. The exchange is available from 10,000 ₽ up to the equivalent of $20,000; larger amounts are agreed separately with an operator.

Check the address and the network before sending. A transfer over another network or to a wrong address is lost for good, and that does not depend on us. Send exactly the amount stated in the order. Do not use the service for funds whose origin you cannot confirm.

To carry out the exchange at the order's rate if your transfer arrives in time. To record every step of the order and show those records to you. To store your documents as described in the data processing policy.

While the transfer has not been received, you can cancel the order yourself. After it is received there is no cancellation — there is a refund on your request, less the network fee and the costs we incurred. The refund goes back to the same details the funds came from.

Disputes are settled by the order's journal. Review takes up to five business days from the request. If a transfer arrives in a different amount or from someone else's details, the order is paused until it is clarified.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service: exchanges, banks and networks can be unavailable. We are not responsible for delays in the blockchain or in banks, for your funds being blocked by third parties, or for the consequences of your own mistakes in the details.

Funds left in savings are not insured: we are not a bank or a credit institution. Payouts are made monthly to the details you provide and count for full completed months. The deposit is returned on your request, including before the end of the term.

The terms may change, which the version date at the top reflects. An order that already exists is governed by the terms in force when it was created.
