How long does an exchange take?
Five to thirty minutes. The long part is your own transfer through the network.
What is your fee?
There is none. The amount in the calculator is final — nothing is deducted from it.
Why do you need my ID?
The law requires it. The check is one-time; after that you exchange without it.
What if I pick the wrong network?
The transfer cannot be recovered. The network is written next to the address in your order — check it before sending.
What if I send a different amount?
An operator recalculates it at the order rate and writes to you.
What amounts do you handle?
From 10,000 ₽ up to $20,000. Above that — through an operator, rate agreed separately.
Can I exchange without an account?
You can calculate. You cannot exchange.
Which countries do you work with?
Almost all, except North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and the USA. Rubles are inside Russia only.
What data do you keep?
Email, Telegram, document details and two photos. The photos are encrypted and stored apart from the database.
